In celebration of the 60th anniversary of Modern China building, the Hong Kong SAR government organized the 7th International Wushu Competition on 6-10 March 2009.

In response to an invitation from the organizers, our association sent a team to particiate in the competition. The team comprised team leader Ong Kim Huat, instructor Koh Kim Kok and 11 representatives. Out of this team, 9 athletes participated in a total of 18 competitive events, winning 13 gold and 3 bronze medals. The results were commendable.
