During the Annual General Meeting held on 8 Feb 2009, members for the 12th Committee were elected via voting by attending members. The results were confirmed on 15 Feb 2009. 

On 21 March 2009, a commencement ceremony was held at the Chuan Xin Gardens Qing Ji Restaurant, thereby completing the organization of the committee for our association.
